Current situations we're monitoring
We are closely monitoring the outbreak of COVID-19, and we remain in constant communication with our offices located in the affected areas and around the world. In addition, we are actively following the guidance of the U.S. Department of State, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the World Health Organization (WHO).
We’ve safely navigated millions of travelers through major disruptions including the SARS outbreak in 2003 and the H1-N1 outbreak in 2009, as well as environmental events such as the volcanic ash in Iceland that shut down air travel to Europe in 2010. The health and safety of our travelers and staff has been our top priority for more than 55 years.
