How it works

Every Study Center Program is custom-built based on the unique learning objectives of institutions and brought to life in one of our EF Hubs: six global cities with an established EF presence and unmatched resources. Our global team of experts will partner with you for: 

  • Study Center planning

    Planning

    We'll align on your vision for course-specific objectives, student outcomes, and program goals. Our operations teams will leverage local and global resources for every aspect—from living spaces to learning opportunities.

  • Preparation

    Your dedicated EF team will work with you through your school's approval process. After approval, we'll offer promotion strategies and student learning resources, safety guidelines, and pre-departure materials.

  • Study Center on-program support

    On-program support

    Each EF Hub has a full-time Site Director to support academics, cultural immersion, and logistics. You'll also enjoy 24/7 access to EF's Safety & Incident Response team and support from our dedicated on-site staff.
