Travel to Florence, the birthplace of the Italian language, opera, and the Renaissance

- Ponte Vecchio, a medieval bridge where many of Florence’s famed leather and gold artisans still keep shop

- Gates of Paradise, bronzed doors that depict scenes from the Old Testament and are considered an icon of the Renaissance

This tour had great potential. While no one can control the weather I believe contingency plans should be in place for rainy weather, especially if it's illegal for tour directors to give tours in this ...It could be better
