  1. I <3 Barcelona

The BEST EF Tour trip I've been on thus far, and I think it was a mixture of pure luck and really excellent planning. Our EF Guide was amazing. She was kind, informative, and very helpful. For instance, if we wanted to see a Flamenco show, she was sure to aid us, step-by-step, on how to do that. My companion, who accompanied me on this trip 2 days after the rest of the group arrived, was also assisted enormously by our Guide, who helped my friend book a taxi from the airport and meet the group within the city, navigating her along the way. Just a joy to tour with.

The hotel/apartment complex we stayed in was top-notch: clean, modern, spacious, and the "continental breakfast" was always tasty with a new selection variety everyday (and the hotel staff was kind enough to open an hour early just for our group before departing to the airport on our last day). My only subtle complaint was their refusal to allow our group to use the hotel pool and gym, in fear that the size of our group would disrupt the regular attendance of the other hotel attendants. But this complaint is extremely small in comparison to the experience of the rest of the trip.

Barcelona itself was gorgeous. Luckily, we had beautiful, sunny weather everyday of our trip. The bike tour with Green Bikes, the trip to Girona and Montserrat were amazing excursions. And, although too cold to engage in completely, I feel extremely grateful that I was able to dip my feet into the Mediterranean Sea for the first time ever. The culture and languages of the people, and especially the food, were all a delight to experience firsthand. I'm glad to have learned about Gaudi and even more about Picasso, and experience the majesty of La Sagrada de Familia and the picturesque, awe-inspiring sight that was Montserrat. I hope to visit Spain again in the near future. Bali!

  3. Amazing Experience

This was my first time studying abroad and I lit say that I had the time of my life. There was so much to do and so many things to see. It was a great experience studying another culture. With the help of our AMAZING 24/hr tour guide, this was by far the best experience and I'll recommend that everyone college student consider studying abroad.

  4. Fantastic experience

The trip was amazing. I made a lot of friends and ate amazing foods. The sites visited were interesting and amazing. The designs, architecture and layout were some of my many highlights. The hotel was pretty decent as well.

  6. Great Cities, Great Experience

This was a great experience and I believe everyone should take a study abroad or cultural immersion trip before graduating for the experience and time to explore our world. It will give you new perspectives and a global experience to share with others and make you a more rounded applicant and employee.

  7. Great but with Exceptions

This trip was so much fun! The only thing that I didn't like was that I think we skipped certain places that we paid for. For example, in Barcelona we did go inside Casa Battlo, which I think was part of the tour. Same with Palace Real in Madrid. I'm almost positive we were supposed to tour inside but it ended up not being included.

  9. Trip of a Lifetime!

This trip included many exciting opportunities to learn about the Spanish culture, and provided enough flexibility in the itinerary for a delightfully customized experience.
