Your payment plan options

Cookies are great. Cookie-cutter payment plans are not. Decide when and how you pay with multiple financing options outlined below. Not sure which plans is "the one"? Call or email us to chat finance flexibility or learn about more ways to fund your adventure.

Option one: Pay in full

Pay the entire balance at the time you enroll.

Payment methods accepted: Visa or MasterCard, ATM/debit card and personal checks.

Option two: Pay over time

Choose automatic payments on a monthly or bi-weekly schedule to make payments hassle-free. This payment plan is always interest-free. Choose your payment frequency: 

  • Monthly payments based on a preferred date
  • Bi-weekly payments on a preferred weekday 

There is no fee for this payment plan, but a $95 non-refundable deposit (and $190 Global Travel Protection plan payment, if applicable) is due upon enrollment on your study abroad program.

Payment methods accepted: ATM/debit card, checking account, or Visa or MasterCard.

Option three: Make manual payments ($75 fee)

Pay for your program in larger, but fewer, installments. This is a great plan for travelers applying funds from their institution, financial aid, grants and more. The following payment benchmarks must be completed by the date listed: 

  • $95 non-refundable deposit (and $190 Global Travel Protection plan payment, if applicable) due upon enrollment
  • $500 due 30 days after enrollment
  • $500 due 90 days after enrollment
  • Remaining balance due 95 days prior to departure
