COVID Care Promise

As your partner in travel, we have established plans in place to prepare for the unexpected. If a traveler is diagnosed with COVID-19 while on one of our programs, EF will:
  • Provide local staff to support the traveler throughout the quarantine period
  • Provide any translation services necessary to help connect local healthcare providers with communication from home
  • Secure a comfortable and safe quarantine location, working with local authorities as necessary, at no cost to the traveler
  • Book flights home, at no incremental cost, when the traveler is cleared to fly by the airline
  • Fly a parent or guardian to the program location if necessary
